Pinky and the Brain

Do you ever get the feeling that your kids are plotting to take over the world? I do.... everyday. Sure they look at you with those cute little innocent smiles but deep down there is a master plan at work. I think this every time there is a remote control car conveniently left in the middle of the kitchen floor which causes me to go for a ride through the kitchen. Whenever there is a army soldier left conveniently upright with the miniature gun pointing up so that it stabs my foot as I walk through the living room. Whenever there is a flood in the bathroom after bath time I believe this is their way of trying to drown me. Whenever they sneak up behind me and say "boo" its their way of trying to give me a heart attack. I hear a maniacal laugh coming from the bedroom ever so often and I think to myself, "The time is coming soon, their plan will be in place".
I know I may sound crazy but if you have kids you should know all too well how evil their little minds can be. As parents we are teaching them right from wrong, evil and good, how to grow into good human beings. But, somewhere behind those chubby cheeks, freckles, and sparkling eyes lies a mastermind. Thankfully all masterminds need a sidekick, which I would say is his brother, and the sidekick always foils the plan..... for now. I will be sleeping with one eye open until they graduate high school.

The Brain: Quiet Pinky, I'm getting ready for tomorrow night.
Pinky: Why? What are we going to do tomorrow night?
The Brain: [Irritated] Guess!
Pinky: Oh, try to take over the world, right.
